By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment and delivery information you provide is accurate and complete. Christine Venust reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

4. Delivery

We deliver across South Africa. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Christine Venust is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
